Absolutely! And that's how we stand apart from our competitors! Due to the high cost of insurance, many of our competitors out there choose to cut corners and not carry insurance coverage. However, at  Tons of Fun (TOF), we believe this is a very important requirement for running a rental company specializing in inflatables.  It is also required by the state. 
Please note: this statement in no way implies legal responsibility. Please read your rental agreement carefully. 
Customer service?

Do we need to tip the driver?
Tipping is not required. However tipping is appreciated. Please only tip if we do an excellent job.
Is it cheaper if we pick up inflatables units or other rental items ourselves?
Yes,  you can pick up the equipment and save! However, the inflatables because of there size, are better handled by TOF employees.
What is your deliver, set-up and take down process?
TOF will deliver and set up inflatables, concessions equipment, games and all other party rental items. We will ensure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. Before leaving, we will review with you all safety and operating procedures. We will come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 20-25 minutes per unit or rental equipment. 
What kind of power is required?
All our inflatables plug into a standard 110V household outlet. We will supply the extension cords and ask that nothing else be plugged into the same outlet that is being used for the jumper. Placement of the unit should not be more than 100ft from that outlet. 
If an inflatable is set-up in an area without a power source or if electrical outlet is not within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge. The safest & best surface is a clean level grassy area.
What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
The safest & best surface is a clean level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete. We do not set up the inflatables on dirt or sand. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we bring the proper anchors for your inflatable.
What if we want to place the bouncer in the back yard?
We ask that you allow our drivers to pull as close to the set-up area as possible. Please remove all vehicles from the driveway. Put dogs in the house during set-up. Before we arrive, please pick up any limbs, debris, toys and any other backyard items.  If you have a sloped backyard please allow us to drive the truck into the yard. Inflatables weight 250– 300 pounds and are transported on a dollie usually by one worker.
How much room do I need for a bouncer?
All inflatables have their size listed on the website. Allow room for the size of the inflatable and an extra foot or two for the blower. 
How much weight is allowed on the bouncer?
All inflatables have safety rules posted on it. General rule: 6-8 kids — 9 years and under in a 13’ x 13’ bouncer. The bigger the kids the less kids on the bouncer. The larger the bouncer you can add more kids. Individual weight limit per person should not exceed 250 pounds.   Normally 4—5 teens or 4 average size adults can jump at one time. Overcrowding a bouncer may lead to injuries.
Are the inflatables safe?
Yes. Our bouncers are constructed to be safe.  As with any activity involving children, an adult should supervise the activity.  The inflatables are constructed out of heavy vinyl (not soft nylon).  Safety rules are listed on the inflatables.  We insist that adults do not slide down slides with small children. Adult’s weight could harm the child during the sliding process.
Can adults bounce too?
Yes, however, we cannot allow adults to jump in our bouncer unit's with small children.  Please allow the kids to bounce freely as injuries could occur with different weight distributions.  
How soon should I book the rental equipment?
As soon as possible! Our rental equipment is booked on a first come first serve basis, so the sooner you book, the better your selection will be.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a $50.00 deposit is required ( cash or credit card) for bouncers and a larger deposit is required for large items and large orders.  The deposit is applied towards the rental.  The deposit is non-refundable. 
What happens if we damage your equipment? 
We understand that wear and tear takes a toll on the equipment over the course of time. However, if damages are done due to negligence or abuse we will be required to charge an additional fee for repair or a replacement cost. Please call ASAP if you damage the equipment.
Do we need to clean the concession equipment?
Yes, all equipment is rented to you clean. We ask that you do take a damp cloth to wipe down the concession equipment prior to you using the item. During travel the equipment may incur some  environmental air borne dusts and particles. Equipment must be cleaned on return or an additional $25.00 fee will be charged.
What are the normal set-up times?
During the summer a rental can be booked from 11a-7p, or later in the afternoon between 2-4p and the unit can stay overnight (no additional overnight charges).  If you would like to keep the inflatable longer than 7pm we ask that you book the overnight hours. We do accommodate different rental hours for special events. We  ask that you give us  an hour grace period at the end of the rental to get the items picked up. Example, if the event ends at 7pm please all0w us to arrive between 7-8pm for the pick up.
What if it rains?
We have an inclement weather policy: If you decide to cancel because of the rain, your deposit will go forward on another rental.  You have up to 24 hours before your event (rain only)  to cancel and receive the credit forward.  There are no refunds.  Rain is the only determining factor for cancelling due to weather. We will not cancel on you! We have had only two different instances in 10 years where we actually canceled the rental— it was due to a tornado threat and  high winds (i.e. Hurricane Ike). Customer safety is one of our highest concerns.
