10' x 1 ' Sturdy Carnival Tent with 3 - 36" side skirts and 10' x 10' backdrop - $100

Add a cotton candy or popcorn or snow cone machine for $25. Supplies extra.

20' x 20' Tent - $225.00 for grass and $275.00 for cement

It is 400 square feet. Accommodates 55 standing people or 40 seated. Price includes delivery, set-up and take down. Can be used on grass or cement. Tent fits four round tables or four rectangle tables and 40- 45 chairs can fit under each 20' x 20' tent.

Bubble Tent 20' x 20' - $300 (sides and lights are extra)

This tent is white with clear circles on the canopy top. This tent does not have a middle pole. It can easily fit 5 round tables underneath. Walls are extra and are $25 each and overhead pole lighting is $25. Tent with lighting is a beautiful sight at night.

Dancing

Portable Wood Dance Floor

15' x 15' wooden dance floor

Each section of the floor is 3' x 3' or 9 square feet. To calculate how many sections you will need figure 3 persons per section. - $12 per section and $50 delivery. pick and set-up fee.

12' x 12' is 16 pieces or $192 plus delivery and setup $50 plus 6% tax.

15' x 15' is 25 pieces or $300 plus $50 and sales tax.

Great for outdoor or indoor parties, dances, backyard weddings, trade shows, outdoor drama productions and more. We have enough sections for up to a 15' x 15' floor or 225 square feet for 50 dancers. Pictures from Glass Works, Louisville KY.

Beverages

Slush/Margarita Machine

Blue machine has two - 3 gallon canisters, recommend for large crowds. Each canister makes approximately 40-50 eight ounce cups of slush or combined canisters makes about 80-100 eight ounce cups of slush. Order two different flavors for this machine - $100 per rental.

Black machine has 2 - 1.5 gallon canisters. We recommend this for smaller crowds. Each canister holds 1.5 gallons of slush and serves 25-30 eight ounce cups of slush. Order two different flavors for this machine - $75 per day.

Machine must be cleaned on return. We send the slush "mixing" directions with the machine. You will need the slush mix and water only.

All flavors $12 each. Each flavor makes 3 gallons of slush mixture.

Electricity

Generators $45 - $115 each

We rent generators. Use these for parks, fields, and multiple item rentals.
