Where are you located?
We have a large warehouse where all items are cleaned and stored. You are able to reserve all items on our website using our online ordering system.
What areas do you serve and deliver to?
All Louisville metro andall local Southern Indiana cities. We can travel to any area for big carnival or festival events, there will be additional delivery fees for long distant deliveries.
What do I need to do to reserve a Bounce House with Tons of Fun?
Just pick out the one you want from our website and give us a call at 502-962-7102, or place your order online. If your order is placed online expect a call within 24 hours to verify and confirm your order. We accept reservations anytime, however, the earlier you reserve, the better your chances of getting the Jumper you want. We also do same day reservations depending on Jumper and driver availability. If you need a same day reservation, call us as early as possible to book your Jumper.
Can I pick up the bounce house?
We deliver to all Kentickiana areas, however, picking up your reserrved items is something we suggest you do not do, the items can be heavy, bulky and just plain hard to move around in your vehicle.
Can I reserve a bounce house or water slide for multiple days, and is there a reduced fee if I do?
Yes, we usually charge ½ of the daily rental rate for subsequent days. Please give us a call for specific pricing on your Jumpers. Additionally we offer weekly rates.
Do you deliver to public parks?
At Tons of Fun, we make sure to meet the insurance requirements to be eligible to deliver to most city, county, and community parks. However, it is your responsibility to contact the parks department to inquire about the specific park you are interested in and reserve your park spot. Also, be sure to ask if the park has available power and outlets for public use. If power is not available, we also rent generators. Depending on the power requirement and size of the inflatable, our generators rent anywhere between $60 and $115 per day. That price includes the gas necessary to run the Jumper for 5 to 6 hours. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any additional questions.
How much room do I need for my Jumper?
We have the actual unit dimensions listed on our website under each inflatable rental. We require an additional 2 feet on each side of the inflatable to fit comfortably and safely in your desired location.
How do I pay for my rental? We accept cash on delivery or, if you prefer, you may pay with Visa and Master Card.We are sorry, but we do NOT accept personal checks.
What if it is scheduled to rain or I need to change my party date?
We pray for no rain, but we do deliver rain or shine unless you call the night before or within 2-4 hours before your order delivery time. Please see INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY on your rental agreement. Most likely your kids will get wet if it rains. The Jumpers will work during the rain. They will be more slippery if wet. Once an order has been placed, there are no refunds of any payments. Party dates can be changed if rain is anticipated, but you know the Kentuckiana area's weather is very unpredictable.
What do I need to remember on the day of the party?
Most important, make sure there is an adult, 18 years or older is at the delivery location to accept the delivery. Our drivers collect payment on delivery and do not always have change for large bills. Please have exact change for your driver whenever possible. You must have a workable outlet, preferrably an outside outlet.
Please do not allow anything sticky like food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, etc. in the Jumper. It’s a party, so have fun!
